A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.

TurboKick

Think you need a sparring partner to reap the benefits of kickboxing? Think again. In every Turbo Kick LIVE class, you’ll incorporate real kickboxing moves with proper form and technique to get totally sculpted—no bags or gloves necessary.

And even though we throw in some intense HIIT training, we promise—this workout feels like the ultimate party. From the amped-up music to the incredible energy, you’ll leave every class dripping sweat and ready to conquer anything!

Hoop Play

Get a work out spending the morning with friends, music and hoola hoops! Learn basic to advanced moves for the hoola hoop that encourage cardio and core engagement. Hoola Hoops provided.

Adult Ballet Barre

Taking it back to the Barre!!! A great core & leg workout with low impact. Do ballet exercises at the barre as well as center floor and using exercise balls.
