Pound is the first Cardio Jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing, and sweat dripping fun of playing the drum. Use special pound drum sticks provided by our trainers to follow along to a fun workout choreographed to today’s hottest music.
Get a work out spending the morning with friends, music and hoola hoops! Learn basic to advanced moves for the hoola hoop that encourage cardio and core engagement. Hoola Hoops provided.
Adult Ballet Barre
Taking it back to the Barre!!! A great core & leg workout with low impact. Do ballet exercises at the barre as well as center floor and using exercise balls.
