Meet Our Faculty
Heather began practicing yoga while struggling with anxiety and searching for healing. She fell in love with her practice and completed her RYT200 Vinyasa and her Aerial Yoga certification in 2018. She loves working with kids and completed her Rainbow Kids Yoga training in spring of 2019. Her passion revolves around helping people fall in love with their yoga practice while having fun and creating a supportive like-minded community.
I am passionate about people, learning, growth and personal development. I found myself on a yoga mat during one of the hardest times of my life. It was then, when I fell in love with yoga and most importantly, myself.
Something about being guided through movement and breath, meditation, being on my yoga mat, nourishing and connecting with my mind, my body, my breath that makes me feel safe and supported.
It was then when I decided I wanted to give back what was given to me. I wanted to be able to make a difference for others the way so many teachers had done for me! so in November 2018, I started my journey onto my 200HR Vinyasa yoga teacher training, which I fell in love with, strengthening an conditioning classes are my absolute favourite to practice and teach. Meeting our edge & our true selves in a practice is something so magical. I attended a 10 day yoga retreat in Costa Rica and in May 2018 dived into a beautiful YIN training. I am constantly, everyday working on both my personal practice and teaching skills. I plan on taking more training this year as well.

CYA Aerial Yoga Instructor. I am a busy mom of 2 and a lover of coffee! I love teaching both vinyasa flow and aerial with a strong passion for kids aerial. I can’t wait for you to join me on your mat!
She has been practicing yoga for 13 years, and received her RYT 200hr with Yoga Alliance in 2018. Since then she has developed her skills in aerial, for adults and children. She is also registered to teach prenatal, sleepytime hammock yoga,kids rainbow and yin yoga. Her yoga, and aerial brings playfulness, accessibility, and creativity into her love for the human body.
